RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you wish to return all or part of your order you must notify us by telephone, within 7 days of receipt of your goods, and obtain a Return Authorisation Number.
We will arrange a collection for you and you will be liable for the cost of return carriage which will be deducted from any refund.
Please ensure the Return Authorisation Number is marked on the outside of the package and can be clearly seen.
We will process your refund within 30 days of the notification.
Christmas items may not be returned after 25th December unless damaged or faulty.
If your order is damaged or faulty in any way please contact us immediately . Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Because our items are so heavy and costly to transport, if you choose to return your item because you have changed your mind about wanting it (under the Distance Selling Regulations), then you will be liable for the return P&P charges plus the original P&P charges of getting the item to you. So please be sure before you buy
