SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIMES.

We ship these tables flat packed ready to assemble (it only takes a few minutes) but you are welcome to come and collect for free. 

 

Each table is custom made to your requirements, for this reason it takes us a few days to prepare and build your table.  Whilst we will aim to get your table shipped within 5 - 7  days, please allow between to 7 - 14 days for delivery.

All items are sent by 48 hour courier and we will let you know when your item has been dispatched.  Our standard service is for weekday deliveries.   If you would like a BEFORE 10 a. special delivery or a Saturday delivery, we can arrange this for an additional charge of £30. Please see our BESPOKE SERVICES page or contact us to discuss this service.

The correct shipping fee is calculated at the checkout but to provide an example our tables are typically band 5 and if combined with chairs are band 6.

SHIPPING COSTS

BAND1 - £Free  = 1 -  5 kg

BAND 2 - £5  = lightweight 5 - 10 kg

BAND 3 - £20  = Small 10 - 20 kg

BAND 4 - £29.99  = Medium    20- 30 kg

BAND 5- £39.99  = Large 30 - 40 kg 

BAND 6 - £49.99  = Extra large 40 - 50 kg 

BAND 7 - £59.99 = Extra Extra Large 50 -70 kg

BAND 8 - £100 = Extra Extra Large 70 kg Plus

Special / Saturday Deliveries

Saturday or special deliveries are typically £15 - 20 more.  Please inquire for a price.

RETURN AND REFUNDS

 

If you wish to return all or part of your order you must notify us by telephone, within 7 days of receipt of your goods, and obtain a Return Authorisation Number.

 

We will arrange a collection for you and you will be liable for the cost of return carriage which will be deducted from any refund.

Please ensure the Return Authorization Number is marked on the outside of the package and can be clearly seen.

 

We will process your refund within 30 days of the notification.  Christmas items may not be returned after 25th December unless damaged or faulty.

 

If your order is damaged or faulty in any way please contact us immediately . Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Because our items are so heavy and costly to transport, if you choose to return your item because you have changed your mind about wanting it (under the Distance Selling Regulations), then you will be liable for the return P&P charges plus the original P&P charges of getting the item to you. So please be sure before you buy
